Ollie launched Health Screenings to help members monitor key areas of their dogs’ health and receive actionable advice from in-house veterinarians. This app-exclusive service went through dozens of iterations, required ongoing user research and testing. Copy needed to strike a delicate balance between authoritative and empathetic, all while maintaining a straightforward, clean UI.
