Even though big product launches were few and far between for our small and scrappy team, it was always important that our product marketing showcase health benefits and solutions that deeply resonated with dog parents.

Direct Mail and in-box collateral are efficient channels for testing messaging, specifically RTBs. I regularly iterated on and evolved our value propositions for these mediums and brought the key learnings to other platforms, including email, direct response ads, and even retail.
