BUST Magazine
BUST Magazine is a women's interest magazine formed in the flames of 90s Riot Grrrl fury. Privately owned and operated, without corporate sponsorship, BUST breaks and challenges all of the rules for what a women's publication should and should not be.
As an Editorial Intern I not only learned the power of my words and opinions, but how to run a business with little else than hard work, fierce determination, and an army of women.

BLOGGING
As an intern I was responsible for daily blog posts for BUST.com. This included original interviews, political commentary, vendor spotlights, and human interest pieces.
COPY-EDITING + PROOFREADING
When working on an issue, nearly every article made it across my desk in one shape or form. From fact-checking addresses for city guides to proofreading and editing major editorial pieces, no job was to big or too small for BUST interns.
